What areas does Verawood cover in Bangkok?
Our primary focus is Bangkok — Sukhumvit from On Nut to Asoke, the Sathorn–Silom corridor, and quieter residential pockets like Thonglor and Ekkamai. We also take requests for Phuket (Bang Tao, Laguna, Rawai) and Pattaya on a case-by-case basis.
How long does the discovery consultation take?
The initial conversation is typically 45–60 minutes and can be held by video call, phone, or in person at our Ploenchit office. Your shortlist is usually ready within 3–5 working days, depending on the scope of your brief.
Does Verawood handle the legal side of the tenancy?
Our Lease Coordination service covers research, background checks, and an agreement walkthrough in plain English. For formal legal review, we introduce you to independent Thai legal professionals. We coordinate and explain — we do not act as legal advisors.
Are the service fees separate from the rent?
Yes. Verawood's fees — ฿4,900, ฿15,600, or ฿28,500 depending on the service — are paid directly to Verawood for concierge and coordination work. Rent, deposits, and property costs are entirely separate and paid directly to landlords or their agents.
Can Verawood assist expat families relocating from abroad?
Absolutely. A large portion of our clients are families moving from Europe, the Middle East, or elsewhere in Asia. We coordinate pre-arrival viewing trips, handle digital communication across time zones, and make sure the home is genuinely ready when you land.
How is my personal information kept private?
We operate with a strict information boundary. Your name, budget, and intentions are shared only where necessary to progress a specific enquiry, and only with your knowledge. We do not maintain shared databases with agencies or developers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
